The key voices are John Shobai on “The Awakening, ” Jahllano on “When We Reach, ” and Bubbles, who appears in both clean and raw versions of “Just Ask, ” while 4G’s “New Run” and Smurf’s “Bruk It Down” keep the energy snapping forward. The production leans on a stripped, militant pulse, with a stern bassline, clipped drum pattern, and just enough melodic movement to give the vocals room to cut through.
