J’Kan Music and Management’s Hot Tea Riddim came out in 2021 as a compact dancehall juggling with nine artists across 15 cuts, and the extra radio and raw versions give it that proper street-ready feel. Jahvillani’s “New Era, ” Mr. Vegas on “Weh Bruk a Go, ” and Cutty Ranks’ “Get the Picture” do most of the heavy lifting, while Beenie Gunter, Kemist, Purpl-S, Cova Grung and Zinthos keep the set moving without breaking the pace. The release landed on September 24, 2021.
