Fast Life Riddim comes in lean and tight, with just four cuts and no wasted motion, so Fire Royal Records lets the juggling do the talking while Lutan Fyah, Ricky General, Kevanii and Luxxery each take a turn on a rhythm that feels geared for the dance rather than the long game. Lutan Fyah’s Gospel Grinda gives the set its most grounded pull, Ricky General’s I’m Back adds that veteran bounce, and Kevanii’s Reveal keeps the energy moving alongside Luxxery’s Di Paper, all of it running over a compact 14-minute sequence that keeps the pressure up without overloading the idea. Released in April 2021, the project is a straight dancehall drop with four tracks in total: Di Paper, I’m Back, Reveal and Gospel Grinda.
