Moonwalk Riddim – FM Music Group

Moonwalk Riddim, released in 2014 by FM Music Group, is a three-track soca set that pairs Nebula868’s One In A Million with Preedy’s My People and closes with the instrumental riddim cut. The project was issued on December 16, 2014 under the Forward Movement Music Group name, and its groove leans into a lively, dance-ready style rather than a heavy carnival stomp. Preedy’s My People is the more direct party anthem here, while Nebula868 brings a smoother, more romantic feel on One In A Million. FM Music Group was then working out of Trinidad, with the team behind the label including Devon Matthews and Anson Soverall, which helps place Moonwalk Riddim in that early wave of polished modern soca releases.
