Money Train Riddim (2008) – Good Deeds Productions

Good Deeds Productions wasn’t usually the first name people reached for in the big-tune dancehall lane, but Money Train leans into a tougher, more street-facing vibe, with a stern one-drop pulse, sharp rimshot accents and a bassline that keeps everything moving like a late-night cruise through the ghetto. The lineup has the kind of mix that made 2008 riddims fun: Vybz Kartel cutting through with “Bounce, ” Delly Ranx on “True Gangsta, ” Turbulence on “Dunk A North, ” plus Danny English, Teflon and Coleyo all adding their own angle. There’s enough energy here for both rude-boy talk and party business, and Danny English returns later with “Wicked Dem, ” which gives the set a little extra bite. It closes with Uprising Band’s “Money Train Riddim, ” a clean instrumental finish that ties the whole thing together.
