Knatural Entertainment’s Medication Riddim sits right in that late-2017 dancehall moment when producers were leaning into stripped, speaker-rattling patterns and leaving the vocals to do the heavy lifting. The set keeps a tight roster but still finds room for personality: Don Pre cuts a clean-and-raw double on “Whine On It, ” Faice links with Dre Zee on the steamy “She Devil, ” and Teflon’s “So Different” gives the riddim one of its sharper pulls.
