Don Corleon’s Krazy Riddim landed in 2003 as one of the sharper early-2000s dancehall jugglings from Donovan Bennett’s Don Corleon Records, later issued through Greensleeves. Bennett was already building a name for clean, modern riddims with a strong melodic hook, and this one sits right in that lane: bright, rubbery, and built for the dance, but still mean enough for hard-shell DJs.

The rhythm has that early-2000s digital bounce, with a crisp, wiry groove and a catchy topline that gives the vocalists plenty of room to play. Elephant Man’s “Crazy” and the Elephant Man and Wayne Wonder pairing on “Crazy Feeling Inside” capture the project’s full range: one cut is pure energy and stuntman swagger, the other folds the same instrumental into a smoother lovers-rock crossover. Buju Banton’s “Bad Loving” and Bounty Killer with Angel Doolas on “Nah Force Nuh Gal” bring the heavyweight presence, while Assassin’s “Too Show Off” and Alozade’s “Hot Gal Book” keep the talkative, streetwise edge intact. Frisco Kid’s “Ah You Mi Want” and Bling Dawg’s “We Nuh Easy” add more of that brisk, battle-ready voltage that made the era tick.
