K.I.S Riddim – Waist Line Muzik

Waist Line Muzik’s K. I. S Riddim sits right in the middle of that busy 2010 soca run, with an eight-track set that leans hard into party season energy and a strong Trinidad-and-Tobago cast. Bunji Garlin and Problem Child come in swinging on “Party Cyan Dun, ” while Lyrikal’s “Nuttin Undah” and Skinny Fabulous’ “Feel Like” keep the riddim in that fast, waist-whining lane without overcomplicating it. Patch and Yankey Boy’s “Head Nice” and Tall Pree’s “Drunk Man” add a cheekier edge, the sort of tunes made for loud speakers and crowded dances. It’s a compact release, but the mix of names gives it enough pull to feel like a proper snapshot of soca in 2010.
