The strongest cuts lean into that old-school roots pressure: Perfect Giddimani’s “Just An Ounce Ounce” and Ras Attitude’s “Green Gold Rush” ride the riddim with sharp, direct writing, while Luv Fyah, Arkaingelle, and Ras Indio keep the message steady on “Jah Jah Know, ” “Rastaman Ah Chant, ” and “Plant Di Corn” featuring Nkrumah Obi. Sajid Ammor, credited on the release, keeps the instrumental lean and propulsive, with a fast-moving groove that leaves plenty of room for the vocals, and the set closes with the West Coast Studios instrumental, making the dub side of the riddim part of the package.
