Hungry Dayz Reloaded Riddim – Larger Than Life Records

Larger Than Life Records usually leans toward sturdy roots and culture sets, but Hungry Dayz Reloaded keeps the pace tighter and the hookier side of the label’s sound in focus, with only four cuts and a compact cast of Bugle, Capleton, Chino, and King Mas. Bugle’s “Ganja Ah Mi Woman” and Capleton’s “Africa My Place” give the riddim its strongest pull, while Chino’s “Get High” adds a lighter, more playful touch over a straight reggae groove that leaves plenty of room for the vocals. It was issued as a 2015 reggae riddim with four tracks in all: “Press Dem A Pree” from King Mas completes the set.
