Seven voices ride Birchill Records’ Get Fresh riddim, and the lineup tells you immediately this is aimed at the dancehall fast lane: Assassin, Beenie Man, Cecile, Elephant Man, Ricky B and Voicemail all get a cut, with Beenie Man’s “Fly Out and Fly In” and Elephant Man’s “Ever Fresh” sitting near the front like the obvious pressure points.
