Fort Knoxx Riddim – First Name Music

2006 was deep in the modern dancehall jugglin’ era, and Fort Knoxx sits right in that pocket with a sharp seven-song roll call from First Name Music. Beenie Man’s “Walk Out” and Zumjay’s “Up Deh” give it two different kinds of lift: one a swaggering street tune, the other a more playful, buoyant cut that keeps the energy moving. Sizzla gets two passes at the title track, one edited and one raw, which makes that song feel like the centrepiece rather than just another entry on the list.
