Flossing Riddim – Stillyet Productions

A sharp, mid-tempo dancehall riddim with a bright, nagging bounce and enough room for talk of parties, money and ghetto style, Flossing Riddim came out of Stillyet Productions in 2018 and keeps the focus on the vocal cuts rather than studio trickery. Sikka Rymes’ “Oh Oh Oh” is the name most people will clock first, while Chinsu and Q Wes on “Roll As Wi Like” and Gaza Tussan on “Gal Dem A Say” bring the sort of streetwise energy the riddim needs to keep moving. The release runs ten tracks in all and closes with Stillyet Production’s instrumental, which gives the pattern a clean finish after the vocal versions. Acyd Reign, Draxx, Ingram, Kryptonyt and X-Facta fill out the lineup on the original 2018 set.
