    Everybody Riddim - Bomdem Music

Bomdem Music’s Everybody Riddim arrived in January 2025 with a pretty sharp mix of names: Tarrus Riley, Busy Signal, Voicemail, Goody Plum, Lockit, and Kyodi alongside Tishaine. The release sits in that modern dancehall riddim lane where a clean, looping instrumental gives different artists room to cut their own angle, and here the hook-heavy title suggests a crowd-pleasing, party-first concept rather than a hard-edged sound system piece.

Tarrus Riley is the most familiar anchor on the project. The Bronx-born, Jamaica-raised reggae singer has long moved between roots, lovers rock, and dancehall-friendly records, and “Everybody Own” feels like the kind of entry point that gives the riddim some polish and crossover weight. Busy Signal, one of the most versatile voices in dancehall, brings the sharper edge with “Fi Mi Gyal, ” which should land with his usual mix of melodic phrasing and cut-through patois delivery.

Voicemail’s “Back It Up” adds group energy, while Kyodi and Tishaine’s “Whoop” keeps the project current with a newer-generation dancehall sound. Goody Plum’s “Oh Gosh” and Lockit’s “Trend” fill out the set with local flavor and attitude. The riddim itself reads as mid-tempo and dance-ready, built for catchy one-drop phrasing, flirtation, and streetwise boasting rather than heavy aggression. It is the kind of release that works best when the vocals are stacked against one another and the personality of each artist does the talking.
