2007 reggae from Achinech Productions, Dread En El Parliament Riddim brings together a compact set of Spanish-language cuts led by Dactah Chando’s title track, plus Abel Cordovez ft. Don Virgillio on Reggae Music, Ayo Lion’s Sonrie Conmigo, BongoYeyo’s Animate, Isaiah’s Pa’lante, and Ruts y La Isla Music’s La Buena Vibra. The riddim was issued as a short various-artists project with seven tracks and eight featured artists, and it leans into a warm, rootsy feel with a clear Canarian connection in the lineup. Dactah Chando and Toby Nambur are linked to the production around the project, and La Buena Vibra later drew extra attention as a standout cut from the set.
