Dark Step Riddim – Biggs Productions

Biggs Productions’ Dark Step Riddim sits in that 2017 wave of lean, digital dancehall sets, and with just five voicings it keeps the focus tight: Gage, Clymaxx, Maexztro, Biggs and Laden all ride the same frame without crowding it. The production has a clipped, moody swing, more skeletal than flashy, with the bass doing most of the talking while the drum pattern leaves plenty of air around the vocals.
