Cloud Lights Overview
In 2016, the dancehall scene got a boost from a special project: Cloud Lights Riddim, produced by PREELYFE RECORDS. This label is known for its fresh approach to modern dancehall and has worked with rising and established artists in Jamaica. Cloud Lights Riddim quickly became a favorite among selectors, bringing a real street energy to the dances. The project features strong tracks from well-known and upcoming artists. Stein, another respected name in dancehall with songs like “Shell Dung Di Party,” brings his style to “Wanting You,” adding to the riddim’s appeal. Navino, who is recognized for his collaborations with Aidonia, offers “Nah Worry Bout Yuh.” Kalado, known for his popular single “Personally,” delivers “New Love,” showing his talent for catchy melodies. Craiggis joins with “Money A The Ting,” adding more variety to the project. Other artists on the riddim include Pedro Dan with “Jamaica,” Iquey with “Crazy For Your Love,” Estimo with “Life Cycle,” Kuzi Kz with “Live My Life,” and Showtime Damion with “Money.” Each track brings its own flavor, making the riddim a complete dancehall experience.
