Bunji Garlin’s “Bank Before Rank” gives the Bionic Riddim its sharpest pull, with his Trinidad-born delivery cutting through a small 2003 dancehall set that also lines up Chaotic’s “Flexin Bad” and Surface’s “Party Now. ” The sequence is spare and practical: three vocal cuts, then the instrumental, which lets the rhythm itself take the last word. Riddim-ID also lists the set under Bionic (2), and the track count is just four, so there’s no wasted motion here. Bionic Riddim was released in 2003.
