Zone 9 rides in on a lean, mid-tempo dancehall pattern that leaves plenty of room for the deejays to cut through, and the whole thing feels sharpened for selector use rather than radio gloss. Takeova’s “Look It” sets the tone with a quick, clipped delivery, while Ash’s “Dead Zone” and Chikie Grainz’s “Tek Time” push the riddim into that tough, street-ready pocket you expect from a 2019 juggling.
