Back in 2018, the bashment rhythm was everywhere in Jamaica and across the world. It wasn’t just another dancehall beat—it really showed the energy of that year. The sound was bold, with strong horns and a groove that made people want to dance. Clubs, parties, and radio stations all played it nonstop. It was a rhythm that brought people together on the dance floor. A big reason for this sound was the work of the sound engineer, who made sure every detail was just right.
