By 2012, Green Lion Crew were digging back into foundation material and giving it a fresh coat of paint, and The More Spiritual Riddim sits right in that lane. Built around Henry “Junjo” Lawes’ Ganja Smuggling melody, it keeps the old-school pulse intact while adding crisp drum programming, roomy bass, and horn lines that lift the whole thing without softening it. The lineup is tight: Mr. Williamz cuts through twice, with “We Run England” doing the early damage, while Million Stylez, Kabaka Pyramid, Perfect and YT keep the conscious pressure on. Green Lion’s own version closes it out cleanly, and the production leans on a mid-tempo step with a rolling bassline and bright brass accents that give the vocals plenty of space.
