Back in 2011, the carnival jam riddim brought a wave of energy to festival playlists. This riddim was all about celebration and dance, with a real soca and party vibe. It was produced by FIWI MUSIC, a label known for working with both reggae and soca artists. FIWI MUSIC had already built a reputation for lively, parade-ready releases that fit right into the carnival scene. The carnival jam riddim featured some standout artists. Leonardo Carmichael gave us "Waan Mi," a song full of catchy hooks and upbeat rhythms. Leontre joined in with "8 Am," adding his own style to the mix. Macka Diamond Feat The Wizard teamed up for "Out A Road," a high-energy track perfect for the road march. Macka Diamond is well known in dancehall, especially for her hit "Dye Dye," which made waves in Jamaica and beyond. The Wizard - Out A Road also delivered "Out A Road," keeping the party moving with fast beats. Timberlee added "Wuk Fi Yu Rent," bringing her dancehall flair. Timberlee is recognized for her work on the "Bubble Like Soup" riddim and collaborations with other Jamaican stars. This fete mix was a favorite in 2011’s carnival and party playlists.
