FB Productions usually turns up in the dancehall lane, so hearing them work a 2008 reggae cut like Tap A Trap gives this one a leaner, more rootsy edge. The riddim sits in that late-2000s groove with a warm pulse and enough space for the vocals to breathe, and George Nooks’ “I’ve Got Nothing” is the emotional centre, all measured phrasing and wounded calm. Sugar Minott follows with “Bad Boy From Kingston Town, ” bringing a tougher, veteran edge that keeps the thing from drifting too soft.
