Worldabadness Music kept it down to three cuts in 2018, and that tight frame gives Bramma’s “Run Bout Ya” room to hit with Voltyg riding alongside him in a sharp, street-level style, while Purpl’s “Wave The Rifle” and Krucial’s “Kill Dem All” push the same tension in slightly different directions. There’s a nasty little chemistry here between the producer’s lean approach and the artists’ brash delivery, especially on Bramma’s cut, which feels like the clearest snapshot of the whole vibe.
