Tables Turn Riddim – Mv Music

Kicking off with Mr Vegas’ double take on “Table Turn, ” this 2015 MV Music juggling leans into a lean, hard-edged dancehall pulse, with Vershon’s “I Can Be That, ” Bugle’s “Work Hard, ” and Natel’s “I Love Them All” giving the set its clearest shape while the instrumental keeps the rhythm front and centre. There’s a nice bit of contrast in the package too: Mr Vegas turns up in both raw and clean versions, and the riddim itself runs a tight 10-track, 31-minute sequence that also pulls in Beego, Latty J and Shawn Storm, which is the cut that turned up on the Apple Music listing even though it wasn’t always carried over everywhere else. The project is credited to MV Music and released in 2015 under the Zojak label imprint.
