A dozen cuts make Sunscreen Riddim feel like a proper juggling rather than a quick one-off, with names like Add V, Don Tippa, Gmac, Mr Ice and Navino working the same bright, summer-minded backdrop. The production keeps that title honest: it’s got a breezy, midtempo dancehall swing that leaves room for hooks and easy chatter, while tracks like “It’s Friday, ” “Clean Like Whistle” and “Just The Two Of Us” lean into the more playful side of the riddim. Dancehallrulerz had already been building a small catalogue of sharp-edged instrumentals around this period, and here they keep the mix clean enough for the vocalists to carry the personality.
