OddioWave keeps this one rooted in herb talk and sly wordplay, with “Joker, ” “No Joke, ” “Weed Ooh, ” and “Good Herbs” all orbiting the same smoky theme. The riddim has a laid-back, late-night pulse, and Lutan Fyah’s “Weed Ooh” sits nicely against Royal Blu’s sharper “No Joke, ” which gives the set a little extra bite. Pressure Busspipe and Perfect Giddimani both sound right at home over the groove, while the closing DJ Oddio dub stretches the idea out into something more meditative.
