Smooth Weather Riddim – Temple Swing

Temple Swing Records keeps Smooth Weather Riddim lean and to the point: four vocal cuts plus the instrumental, all clocking in around the same mid-length sweet spot, with Ryme Minister and Destiny setting the pace on “Baby Mother” before Frasswel, Moy Sosa, and Segree each take a turn over the same trim dancehall pattern. The whole thing came out in 2017 and runs just five tracks long, which gives it that compact, sound-system-ready feel Temple Swing has been working across its other riddims from the period. “Good Horny” from Segree is the sharpest title in the bunch, but the real draw is the way the production stays tight and uncluttered while the instrumental closes the set in proper riddim style.
