Slaata Riddim moves with a moody, mid-tempo pulse that leaves room for the voices to cut through, and Rugged and Prez keep the production lean enough for the songs to hit hard. Gyptian’s “She’s My Lady” gives it a smoother, more melodic edge, while Marlon Asher and Norrisman lean into the conscious side, bringing praise-singing and rootsy language into a dancehall frame.
