Preview – Green Lion Crew and V.a. – Rough Road Overview

Green Lion Crew, known for their deep roots reggae productions, brought a classic rocksteady flow with the Rough Road Riddim. The riddim’s steady pulse and rich percussion made it a favorite among reggae fans in 2020. Green Lion Crew’s careful production style kept the music close to its roots, while still sounding fresh for modern listeners. The project featured a strong lineup of artists, each bringing their own style to the riddim. Green Lion Crew & Jahdan Blakkamoore delivered “Life is Greater,” a track that highlights Jahdan’s smooth vocals and thoughtful lyrics. Jahdan Blakkamoore is recognized for his work with Major Lazer and his album “Babylon Nightmare,” which helped him gain international attention. Green Lion Crew & Zamunda teamed up for “Gangsta,” adding a soulful touch to the riddim.
