Pilgrimage Riddim from Nuff A Dat Records landed in 2016 as a 15-track reggae set with a strong roots-conscious cast, led by Gyptian’s Life Journey, I Wayne’s Ready Fi Live Up, Lutan Fyah’s This Fire, and Norris Man’s Trust and Faith. The compilation also brings in Anthony B, Bascom, Bryan Art, Teflon, and others, with Show Pow’s Baby First featuring Gyptian adding a nice crossover moment. Released on June 17, 2016, the project is a compact multi-artist showcase rather than a single-artist album, and Nuff-A-Dat Records closes it out with the title cut Pilgrimage Riddim.
