Ocean Riddim – Wicked Vybz

Wicked Vybz drops Ocean State Riddim with the kind of lineup that feels rooted in the 2017 reggae circuit, moving from roots-minded reflections to tougher, more declarative chants without losing the groove. Delus opens with “Take It Easy, ” while Exco Levi’s “Holding On” and Gappy Ranks’ “We Are One” lean into uplift and unity, and Lutan Fyah’s “Do Your Works (Jah Nah Sleep)” brings the sharper spiritual edge that has always suited his delivery. There’s also room for the cleaner, melodic side of the set through Menny Moore’s “Mrs. Jones” and Perfect Giddimani’s “True Believer, ” which keeps the project from settling into one mood for too long. The instrumental “Ocean” closes it out under Wicked Vybz’s own name, and that final cut leaves the riddim’s rolling pulse and bassline doing the talking.
