Nightlife Riddim finds Ajan and Hit City Records leaning into a sharper, club-ready dancehall swing than the title might suggest, with a compact 11-track set that keeps the energy tight and the hooks front and center. Aidonia’s “Fi Get Gyal (We Nuh Waste Time)” and Demarco’s “Stick A Bet” do a lot of the heavy lifting here, while Jahmiel, Laden, Munga and Penti add different shades to the same late-night mood, from stern badness talk to weed chatter and money flexes. The production sits in that brisk 95-BPM pocket, which gives the riddim a quick-footed bounce without losing the weight in the drums, and the package includes clean and raw versions for the two biggest cuts as well as the instrumental closing version.
