Network Riddim – Ghetto Network Productions

Ghetto Network Productions had a pretty busy little corner of the 2010 dancehall scene, and Network Riddim sits right in that run with a big, street-level cast and a blunt, swaggering feel. Beenie Man’s “Property” and Vybz Kartel’s “Love Yuh Suh” do a lot of the heavy lifting here, while Jah Vinci’s “Brace” and Silver Cat’s “Have We Money” lean into the money-talk and badman posture that drive the whole set. The riddim itself keeps that hard, clipped bounce you’d expect from the era, with enough space for each voice to cut through without crowding the mix. With 12 cuts on the lineup and a version tucked in at track nine, it feels like a proper producer package rather than a random pile-up. Dropped in 2010, it captures that moment when dancehall was still very much built for the sound system and the street corner.
