Nail Point Overview

In 2018, the soca scene was alive with the energy of Carnival. During this time, the Nail Point Riddim became a favorite sound for masqueraders. The riddim was produced by XPERT STUDIO, a music studio known for its work with rising soca and dancehall artists in the Caribbean. XPERT STUDIO has helped shape the sound of many carnival hits in recent years. Several well-known artists brought their own style to the Nail Point Riddim. Alma Boy performed "Carnival Girl," a song that quickly became popular during the parade season. Boogie B, who is recognized for his 2015 hit "No Behaviour," added his voice with "Dis Is Grenada," celebrating his home country. Brother B, who is known for his song "One Lap," contributed that track to the riddim, bringing his unique energy to the project. Other artists like IMO with "Meet Me" and Kennedy Mapp with "Ah Doh Givin' Up" also joined the riddim, each giving their own flavor to the release.
