Fresh Ear had already built a reputation as a Kingston hit factory, and this juggling sits right in that lane: sharp drum programming, a driving bounce, and enough space for the singers and deejays to ride it without crowding the beat.

The riddim itself has a brisk, forward-pushing pulse that feels made for the dance. It keeps things bright and percussive, with a bounce that lets the voices hit hard on the hook and cut through on the chant lines. Baby Cham’s “The Visit” and Beenie Man’s “Nah Surrender” bring veteran swagger, while Bounty Killer and Jagwa’s “Say Yeah” adds a grittier, street-level edge.
