Miracle Overview
In 2013, the Miracle Riddim was born out of the creative energy of S.G.K RECORDS / ROCKERS MIX ENTERTAINMENT. This label, known for blending classic dancehall with modern sounds, had already made a name for itself with several popular releases in the early 2010s. Their focus on fresh, energetic production drew attention from both local fans and international listeners. The Miracle Riddim started as a studio experiment—a mix of heavy bass, catchy drums, and a groove that demanded movement. S.G.K RECORDS, working closely with a small circle of artists, shaped the riddim into a dancehall anthem. Once finished, it didn’t take long for the sound to spread. DJs picked it up, and soon it became a staple at bashment sessions across the island. Benny B and S.G.K Records led the charge with “Miracle Riddim Dub Version,” laying down the riddim’s signature vibe. Yung Stereo followed with “All We Need Is Love,” bringing a melodic touch that resonated with many. Fb Jackson’s “Wazadzisa” added a sharp, energetic flow, while Mimi’s “Missing You” offered a softer, emotional side. Maad Vultaje joined with “Livity Enquiry,” keeping the energy high. Each artist brought their own style, making the riddim feel fresh with every play. Benny B, already known for his work on “Love You Tonight” with Gusomane, cemented his place as a standout voice on the project. By the end of 2013, Miracle Riddim was more than a beat—it was a movement, remembered by fans as a true dancehall classic.
