Metobalical Riddim – Kiara Recordz

Kiara Recordz keeps the Metobalical Riddim moving in straight 2016 dancehall mode, with seven cuts and eight voices circling the same raw, stripped-back groove. Big Wayne’s “Dem Nuh Bad So” and Di Govanah’s “Pass Di Herb” give it plenty of attitude, while Snazi’s “My Own” and Ikane’s “Don’T Be A Loser” lean into the tougher, self-assertive side of the set. The lineup stays compact, with no dub versions or extra filler, so the riddim plays like a clean promo package rather than a sprawling compilation. It also doubled as a pre-mix, not mastered, version at the time of release, which fits the rough-edged feel of the project. Metobalical Riddim was issued in 2016.
