Karbon Jamz keeps Marker Riddim tight and to the point, with just four cuts and three vocal features around the producer’s own “Do Thing” and the instrumental. The 2018 set leans into a brisk, marching soca pulse rather than anything overly glossy, which suits Prime Time’s “Hamma” and Royall’s “Bare Mas” especially well; both feel like songs written to move a Road March crowd, not just fill space.
