Christmas Tree Riddim – Hunttaflow Production

2018 was a busy year for soca riddims, and Christmas Tree Riddim came in with a holiday-season angle that kept things tight and local: just four cuts, all moving around Huntta Flow Production’s bright, 141-BPM party pulse. Stumpy D Boss opens with It’s Christmas Time Again, Valene Nedd turns in the most memorable hook on All He Want Is, and Dfusion’s Christmas Frenzy keeps the energy up without drifting too far from the festive theme. The instrumental is included too, which lets the production breathe on its own and shows off the arrangement’s sharp synth lines and brisk percussive drive. Released on December 7, 2018, the project runs as a four-track EP with the three vocal versions plus the instrumental.
