Lit Riddim – Sam Diggy Records

Small but hot, this 2016 Sam Diggy Records juggling keeps the focus tight with just four cuts and three voices, leaving the beat to do plenty of the talking. Kalado’s “Money Pon Mi” arrives in both raw and clean versions, which gives the riddim a little extra traction and points to a hook built for different corners of the dance. Around that, Tanto Blacks rolls out “Do The La Lil La” with a playful snap, while Sample King’s “Campari and Boom” brings the sharpest closing punch and gives the project its final lift.
