Ignorant Riddim – Caution

Don Pree’s “Miggle Day” sets the tone on Caution’s Ignorant Riddim, and it’s the kind of cut that keeps the energy tight without overcomplicating the arrangement. The 2018 juggling only runs three tracks deep, but that lean setup leaves room for each artist to register clearly: I Voltage comes in with “6ixx To 10, ” pushing the more contemporary side of the project, while Shea’s “Golden Boy” closes things out with a sharper, more measured attack. There’s no filler here, just a compact dancehall package that moves between streetwise swagger and clipped, modern rhythm work. Don Pree gives it the earliest spark, though, and “Miggle Day” is the track that gives the riddim its first real stamp.
