Ignition Riddim – Precision Productions

A few cuts on Ignition Riddim get straight to the point, and that’s part of the charm: Destra Garcia’s “Breathe” has that big, teasing soca pull she does so well, while Preedy’s “Dreaming” leans into a smoother, more melodic lane without losing the spark. Rich’s “Come Over” keeps the flirtation front and center, and Flipo’s “Sweat” adds a cheekier, more body-moving angle to the set. Precision Productions keeps the energy bright and punchy throughout, with a clean Carnival-season bounce that feels aimed right at Trinidad and Tobago’s 2015 run-up. It’s a compact four-track package, but the mix of veteran presence and newer voices gives the riddim a nice bit of tension and colour.
