    With only two cuts, I-95 Riddim plays like a tight little 2003 dancehall juggling rather than a crowded compilation, pairing Anthony Cruz’s “Why I Love” with Tanya Stephens’ “Do Me Better. ” First Foundation Muzik keeps the framing spare and direct, the sort of arrangement that leaves plenty of room for the voice and the hook to carry the tune.
