Good Oye Riddim – Xplicit Entertainment

Good Oye Riddim leans into a laid-back but road-ready soca pulse, with Blaxx’s “Canboulay” and Olatunji’s “Party Cyah Done” doing the heavy lifting on the vocal side. Xplicit Entertainment keeps the lineup tight: four songs, four different artists, then the instrumental at the end, so the riddim gets room to breathe before the beats are stripped back. Turner’s “Woman And Party” adds a raspier edge, while Rome’s “Good Good” keeps the energy in that Carnival lane. The project was released in 2019 as a five-track EP running just 14 minutes, with Mevon Soodeen credited through Xplicit Entertainment.
