Six voicings keep Get Riddim lean and focused, with Add V’s “Feel Good, ” Jamal’s “Protogonist, ” and Rasta British’s “Dragger Lifestyle” giving the set most of its shape while Krazy K Naita, Haile Might, and Jahseed round out the roster with a mix of grit and melody. Y. B. N. E Music Productions keeps the rhythm in straight dancehall mode, light on clutter and heavy on bounce, so the songs have room to ride the groove without fighting the cut. The title itself says plenty: this is a 2019 juggernaut from a small but varied lineup, with one track in French, “Mes Rêves, ” adding a quick change of color before the whole thing snaps back into patois and streetwise chatter. It runs six tracks deep, all six from different artists.
