Flying Beez Riddim – Emudio Records

Flying Beez Riddim keeps it tight with just four cuts, so the whole thing moves like a quick-fire dancehall single pack rather than a sprawling compilation. Laden’s “Haters” brings the attitude early, while Shane O’s “Forget Ur Worries” leans into the kind of breezy, rude-boy uplift that was sitting well in 2013. Propa Fade’s “Where I’m From” adds a more personal edge, and Tuff Krakaz’s “Fraid A Me” rounds things off with a sharper, tougher stance. Emudio Records also slots in an instrumental at the end, which makes it clear this was set up with selectors and dubplate use in mind as much as the vocal tunes themselves.
