D Town Riddim – Fox Fuse

Fox Fuse’s D Town Riddim came out in November 2017 with a lean five-track soca lineup that keeps the focus on the songs rather than the packaging. Iwer George’s “Agenda” and Blaxx’s “We Own It” lean into the kind of bright, hard-driving carnival energy Fox Fuse was already shaping well in that period, while Terra D Governor’s “Capital” and Lavaman’s “Jab Rulz” give the riddim a sharper jab-jab edge. Kambon closes it with the instrumental, which lets the rhythm itself carry the last stretch and makes the arrangement feel more like a proper road tune set than a loose single collection. The release was issued as D Town Riddim – EP on November 10, 2017.
