COME ON RIDDIM produced by SENATOR B MUSIC 2021
Come On Overview
The creation of the Come On Riddim started in the studio with a clear vision. The foundation builder wanted to make a roots reggae riddim that gave both singers and deejays a strong, classic base to work from. The focus was on vintage sounds, steady rhythm, and a peaceful groove that could support a range of voices and styles. At the center of this project was SENATOR B MUSIC, a producer and label known for supporting authentic reggae sounds. SENATOR B MUSIC has a history of working with both established and rising artists in the roots and lovers rock scenes. Their productions often get airplay on UK and European reggae radio, helping to spread the music to wider audiences. The Come On Riddim brought together a talented group of artists. Mandee and Jayjay Born2sing teamed up for "Two Way Convo," blending smooth harmonies and heartfelt lyrics. Jayjay Born2sing is recognized for his soulful voice and collaborations in the UK reggae circuit. Jah Mirikle contributed "Gift from Jah," a song that stands out for its spiritual message and strong vocal delivery. Jah Mirikle is known for his conscious lyrics and performances across Europe. Bunny LyeLye and Reverend God Head joined forces on "Turn It Up," bringing energy and a touch of dancehall flavor to the roots riddim. Tenna Star delivered "This Time," adding his signature style. Tenna Star has released several singles that have charted on UK reggae charts. Aba Ariginal’s "Come on Riddim (Hornsmaster)" brought a lively instrumental vibe, while Stevie Face’s "My Crew" added a lovers rock touch. The riddim became a memorable part of 2021 reggae, celebrated for its authentic sound and strong lineup.
