Irievibrations Records keeps this 2007 Carribean Riddim locked into roots-conscious reggae with a cast that knows how to work a serious groove, and the lineup tells you plenty: Anthony B’s “Caribbean Girl” and Luciano’s two cuts sit right at the heart of it, while Morgan Heritage, Jah Mason, and Natty King keep the mood grounded and melodic. The riddim moves with that steady, spacious late-2000s feel, less flashy than some dancehall sets of the era, but warm enough to let each voice breathe. Luciano’s double appearance is the kind of detail you notice after the first pass, especially when “Guilty Feelings” leans a little deeper than the rest. Andrew Paul, Elijah Prophet, Perfect, and Sojah fill out the sequence nicely, and it all closes with a tidy ten-track run that never feels overworked.
